I hooked some of the lighter areas while working on rug hooking. Since I already hooked many of the darks, all that remains is to fill in with medium, which will help me with techniques like how to hook sunflowers and hook a widecut face to complete the design.

Be careful to hide the lines when you are hooking something organic such as a person. In this post I am rug hooking the arm. After breaking it into light, medium and dark areas all that is left is to fill it in.
