Today in class Pat Mensing shared with us her progress on Annie’s Flower Power footstool. She is hooking it for a member of her family. They both came to my studio a few weeks ago and picked out the colors. Pat used the instructions that come with the pattern for the color placement.

A group of six of us just spent 3 delightful days at Cindi’s for one of her workshops at her home. It is money well spent. She is constantly teaching and you are constantly learning. If you think you know everything about rug hooking, there is more to know.

I really like the colors on this purple color way! Anxious to see it finished . I am working on mine now and hope to finish it soon! There are 4 or 5 of us doing stools right now!
There is something special about a stool. They are not as hard to finish as you might think. I’ll be writing more articles in the future.

Cindi….when can we expect the footstool videos? I’ve had my footstool hooked for quite a while, but would like to see the video before attempting the upholstering.
