I came across your footstool and these comments but don’t see anything else posted. Did you ever post the footstool directions? And is the footstool pattern available?

You can click on the menu options for the shop in the menu at the top of each webpage. Let me know if you still cannot see them on your device and I will do further testing. So far, they show up on all my devices. I’ll need to know what device you are using and which browser.
Several ladies in my RH group have hooked one of these stools and I love the shape of it! So perfect to show off hooking. Is the plain template for the stool really $56? I will look forward to hearing more about this great project! Thanks!
Congratulations to Gayle Soileau. I will be finishing her footstool. She is the first to contact me with a completed Annie’s Flower Power – Square. It will be several months until all the instructions are written and the video created.

Where do we get the footstool for this pattern? I also wondered if there is a sample of the “Tea Garden”? It is hard to decide which to order!!!!
I will be posting directions on how to build your own frame (or have it built). The instructions will include a foam cutting diagram and video of the complete process. They will show up winter 2011/2012.
If anyone has finished Teagarden, please send me a photo, I’ll post it as an example.
Update: Feb 5, 2014. I am improving my online store. As I collect hooked examples for each pattern, they will be listed on the tab “Hooked Examples” on each product page.

I’m sorry it did not work out, Jan. Your stool is the cube style. I need this first set of instructions to be about the square style. I may be offering patterns for the cube style once the instructions are posted. The methods are the same.

You can build it yourself using the directions that I will post this winter. It will include a full diagram of the wooden framework and a cutting diagram for the foam. I’ll be shooting a video that will step you through how to do the finishing. It is actually easier (read that faster) than finishing a rug.
